Huawei Kenya is planning to launch three new devices including the Huawei Nova 9 phone in the next few months. The company says there has been need for devices that people can easily carry where they go.  Additionally, they should be good for keeping track of daily routines and activities.

These new devices include the Huawei MatePad T Series (Kids Edition), Huawei Watch GT3 and the Huawei Nova 9.

Samsung already built momentum this year with the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE.  Therefore, make sure to catch our first impression review here.

As you do that, let us see what Huawei is promising with the new devices.

Huawei MatePad T Series Kids Edition.

Safety for kids in the ever growing online spaces is a major conversation at play with tech giants. Huawei is designing a new offspring of their Huawei MatePad T with exactly that user-base in mind.

The tablet once available will come with a feature called Kids Corner. This is a virtual playground that is safe for kids as they experience technology away from their parent’s direct control.

Huawei Watch GT3

The Huawei GT Watch GT3 with its slim design has a simplistic body with a high-gloss finish. The watch features the 4-day typical battery life and more than a hundred workout modes. This does sound like the perfect companion for going to exercise outdoors.

The smartwatch uses Huawei’s TruSeenTM 5.0 combined with other technologies to give all day accurate health monitoring.

Huawei Nova 9

This mid-range device in the Nova series has a 6.57″ OLED display with 120Hz of refresh capability. It spots an in-display fingerprint sensor just like its Nova 8 predecessor.

The Nova 9 comes with a 4300 mAh battery that is supported by 66W of fast charging. As every phone should, it does support reverse charging. Very handy.

Pricing details will be updated once the devices are available in the market. So be sure to stay updated for more.
