The #OPPOLegend challenge was not just about nostalgia. It was also a powerful testament to OPPO’s unwavering commitment to quality. Many participants’ old OPPO phones are still in pristine condition after years of use. This speaks volumes about the durability and reliability of OPPO devices.
“The overwhelming success of the #OPPOLegend challenge has spurred OPPO Kenya to unveil plans for even more engaging initiatives. Beyond an exploration of the brand’s rich history, these endeavors will provide opportunities for everyone to forge connections with OPPO, including those who have yet to experience the magic of OPPO devices,” said Fredrique Achieng, PR Manager, OPPO Kenya.
OPPO is deeply committed to maintaining product quality. This is a dedication that extends beyond factory tests to include valuable insights. This comprehensive approach involves assessing factors such as device maintenance rates and product withdrawal rates. Thanks to OPPO’s stringent quality requirements and thorough testing across diverse parameters, the failure rates of the brand’s devices are exceptionally low.
Notably, user competitions like the “#OPPOLegend” showcase customers still using devices that were initially launched when OPPO entered the Kenyan market. Building on this success, OPPO will persist in prioritizing quality as a cornerstone of its commitment to consumers, ensuring the delivery of reliable products and high-quality services through its end-to-end quality assurance.
