StepWise Appoints Former CIO East Africa CEO Laura Chite as New CCO

Texas-based impact sourcing service provider StepWise Inc. announced the appointment of Laura Chite as the Chief Commercial Officer. Laura will be responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and scaling the StepWise brand across the globe.

For the 5 years prior to joining StepWise, Laura was Chief Executive Officer at CIO Africa, the leading technology content and insights platform serving senior technology professionals in Africa. Prior to that, Laura spent 16 years at Microsoft East Africa in various roles ranging from Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Communication.

Laura is also the Chairperson at iGov Africa, Board Advisory, Director and Founder at HerNovation, which is a Women in IT Leadership Program.
