Chinese Car Makers NETA Auto Launches in Kenya

NETA Auto has opened its first flagship store in Kenya. This is NETA Auto’s first store in Africa and marks a new phase of EVs entering the African RHD market.

NETA Auto chose Kenya as its entry point to Africa after conducting a thorough market analysis and considering its strategic vision of global strategies. Kenya not only serves as a gateway to Southern, Central, and Eastern Africa, but it is also a key node in the Belt and Road Initiative. By leveraging Kenya’s strategic location, NETA Auto aims to strengthen economic and trade relations with African countries and complete the transformation of ‘The Chinese NETA’ into ‘The World NETA’.

NETA Auto’s flagship model, NETA V, has already been introduced in Kenya, and models such as NETA AYA and NETA X will follow.

NETA Auto has ambitious plans for Africa. The company aims to expand into 20 countries, open 100 stores, and achieve an annual sales volume of over 20000 units within three years. By establishing a high-quality service network and providing excellent after-sales services to consumers, NETA Auto is poised to become the region’s leading manufacturer of new energy cars.

With the gradual implementation of its Africa strategy, NETA Auto is embarking on a new journey with its exceptional products, innovative strategy, and global insight.

The successful launch in Kenya marks an exciting chapter in NETA Auto’s globalization story and represents a significant step for the Chinese brand on the global stage.
