Assistant Administration Officer

Two vacant positions are available for people who will provide administrative support to Authority’s departments and the Regional offices. Other tasks will also include the supervision of other administrative officers.

Applicants to this position must have:

  • Diploma in Public/Business Administration, Office Management, any Social Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  •  Minimum KCSE C- (minus) or its equivalent

Office Assistant

One position is available for an office assistant who will undertake hospitality duties and general messenger duties. Other tasks include arranging for meeting venues professionally and timely.

Applicants here are required to have a Mean grade of D+ (plus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education. Otherwise, an equivalent from a recognized institution.

Driver

NACADA has four open positions for a driver. The task is to provide transport services to management, Staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth running of the Authority’s activities.

Academic requirements here are at least a mean grade of C- in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary

Education. For work, a valid driving license free from any current endorsement(s) for class (es) of vehicle (s) an officer is required to drive.

  •  Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).
