Black Friday hasn’t always been a Kenyan thing but over the past two years or so, we’ve seent the promotional tradition really take shape in the country. This year, Safaricom has jumped on the bandwagon with a money-back promo for subscribers who use Lipa Na M-Pesa.

From November 29th (Black Friday) to December 1st, 2019, Safaricom subscribers who use Lipa Na M-Pesa to pay for their goods will receive 5% of their spending back into their accounts for any transactions below Kes.20,000.

Before you get too excited, keep in mind that the offer is limited to Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret and Kisumu and also only available in select malls, as follows:
