Apple-Event-September-2021

The anticipated Apple Event is a couple of minutes away as the world anxiously awaits the release of the iPhone 13 alongside any other devices. The event will be streamed live on Apple’s official YouTube channel. But we will also be providing timely updates to every release and the various specs of the iPhone 13 models.

So make sure you stay tuned!

 iPad 2021

Apple’s CEO Tim Cook took to the stage to first unveil the new iPad that is meant to offer new features designed to turn the tablet into a workstation.

The iPad features a brand new A13 Bionic chip that is said to be 20% faster than the A12 that its predecessor has.

However, it is interesting to see that Apple has chosen to go with the old design that features bigger bezels and a single camera module that older iPads have. Even the good old home button is back.

The display will pack a new feature called TrueTone that’s meant to automatically adjust the warmth on your screen making it easier for you to read or watch videos during nighttimes or in darker environments.

At $329, the iPad is expected to launch internationally next week with orders going in today.

iPad Mini 2021

For those that cannot afford the bigger brother, the iPad Mini is also getting an update with an all-new design that resembles more of the iPad Pro. The edges are flat like it with bezels being made much thinner compared to its predecessor.

The iPad Mini also packs display features like TrueTone alongside a new chip that’s meant to make it up to 80% faster than the previous generation. 5G support is also enabled on the mini-tablet. It will also feature a USB Type-C port for faster charging and data transfer. By now, it’s pretty clear that the iPad Mini resembles more of an iPhone than an actual tab.

The rear camera now features a 12MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture. The tablet will be selling internationally for $499.

Apple Watch Series 7

Of course, the Apple Watch Series 7 was one of the devices that received late rumours about a feature on the event.

The Apple Watch Series 7 now features a new bigger crystal display with bezels 40% thinner than its predecessor. The new case also features more rounded corners making it look as less rectangular as possible. The Series 7 also feature space enough for a full keyboard that users can use to reply to messages or even take notes.

The battery is said to charge up to 33% faster than Series 6. But it is quite clear that the bigger screen makes all the difference for the new smartwatch.

The watch will be available for sale later this year at $399 in international markets.

iPhone 13 & iPhone 13 mini

Then comes the all-new generation of iPhone that should not excite you as much when it comes to design. This is mostly because it features pretty much identical to the iPhone 12 with flat edges and the same old notch. However, the notch has been made 20% smaller.

The only thing that seems to have changed is the rear camera module with the lenses now sitting diagonally from each other. This is the same for the iPhone 13 Mini.

The display is a Super Retina with a higher peak brightness and “improved power efficiency” as it is an “Apple-custom OLED.

The phone is powered by a new A15 chipset with a 6-core CPU that offers higher performance (up to 50%) compared to its predecessor. The processor also powers the camera setup meant to gather more light while capturing images at 12 megapixels.

According to Apple, the module will also feature new cinematic capabilities that will let users shoot videos almost professionally. This, we would assume, just means it lets you give your videos much better presets meant to look more cinematic than ever.

iPhone 13

As for battery life, the iPhone 13 is promised to last 1.5 hours longer than its predecessor. So that’s a good thing, right?

Price: $799

iPhone 13 Pro & Pro Max

Like the iPhone 13 and mini, the Pro will feature the new A15 Bionic chipset meant to make it up to 50% faster than the iPhone 12 Pro. Despite having the same old notch, the display is a new Retina screen that gives a higher brightness of up to 1000nits. 120Hz refresh rate will finally be supported meant to make your interaction with apps and games smoother and faster.

  • IP68 water resistance
  • Redesigned interior to support the new camera system and a bigger battery
  • A15 Bionic chip
  • New 5-core GPU
  • Super Retina XDR display

As for the camera modules, the updates are:
