The program is open to individuals from Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Angola, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Malawi.
One notable success story is that of Habtamu S. Mekonen, an MTF student from the East Africa Academy in Nairobi, Kenya, who recently won an International Emmy Award for a short film he produced and directed. This accolade is a testament to the high level of talent and creativity nurtured by the MTF program.
