1. Go to M-Pesa menu on your phone, select “Lipa na M-Pesa”
2. Select “Paybill”
3. Select “Enter business no.”
4. Enter the 400200 as the Co-operative Bank business no and press “OK”
5. Enter the Co-operative Bank account number you are transferring money to and press “OK”
6. Select amount i.e. amount you want to deposit and press “OK”
7. Dial in your PIN and press “OK”
8. Confirm all the details are correct and press “OK”
9. You will receive a verification window where you have 1 minute to verify that the details are correct, if correct, dismiss or ignore, if wrong, enter the number 1 and press OK to cancel the transaction
10. You will receive a confirmation SMS from M-Pesa immediately.
11. Co-operative Bank will then send you a confirmation SMS shortly.

How To Withdraw Cash From Cooperative bank To M-PESA Via USSD

1. Dial *667#.
2. You will have to register for the service first, and then you will receive a menu.
3. Choose the Mobile Money option.
4. Select the M-Pesa option.
5. Enter the mobile number you wish to transfer money to.
6. Enter your Cooperative account you want to withdraw from.
7. Dial in the amount you want to withdraw.
8. Confirm the details.
9. Click OK and the money will be successfully transferred.
